По решению парламента, заведения по предоставлению краткосрочных займов (ломбарды) должны будут ежемесячно покупать патенты для работы.
Владельцы ломбардов будут обязаны покупать патент, стоимость которого составит 15 тысяч сомов.
По данным Государственной налоговой службы, в Кыргызстане работают 415 ломбардов, из них 150 находятся в Бишкеке.
Такая мера, по оценке депутатов, будет приносить более 73 миллионов сомов в год в бюджет государства.
Законопроект был одобрен депутатами в третьем чтении, и отправлен на подпись президенту.
В свою очередь, владельцы ломбардов против такой суммы патента. Нужна «реальная» его стоимость, говорит сотрудница одного из бишкекских ломбардов Гульназ Саргалдакова.
«Да, конечно, патент удобен, в каком случае? Не нужно каждый месяц бегать, сдавать отчеты», — сообщила Саргалдакова.
По её словам, если патент будет дороже, чем уплата налогов, то ломбарды не будут получать никакой выгоды.
Владельцы ломбардов говорят, что патент очень выгоден. Пропадает необходимость постоянных проверок налоговой службы, сказал один из владельцев.
По их словам, все упирается в стоимость. Не каждый ломбард «может потянуть патент», заявил сотрудник одного из ломбардов возле бишкекского ЦУМа, который пожелал остаться неизвестным.
По его словам, крупные сети ломбардов с миллионным оборотом могут позволить себе платить по 15 тысяч в месяц, но есть и «мелкие», которые этого «не потянут».
Ранее ломбарды ежемесячно платили отчисления в соцфонд, подоходный налог, налог на прибыль в Налоговую службу.

Выплата з.п работнику в среднем составляет 7000 сом.с.ф 3750сом- учредитель 1875- работник,патент 15000 сом,услуги охраны,свет,тел. и прочее 2000 сом,и главное аренда не менее 400$США,а это уже 20000 сом и прочие расходы А теперь посчитаем 52500-7000-3750-1875-15000-2000-20000=2875 сом Так стоит ли надрывать хребет для государства???
